- Kinsella Group was retained to run a traditional process to sell JPMC.
- The process pivoted to a focus on acquirers with interest in JPMC and its sister Company Jade Equipment Company. Kinsella Group identified a sort list of appropriate acquirers and facilitated a closing of both Companies to ARCH.
- Acquirer maximized the value of JPMC by adding it to its medical division to increase its penetration of key medial customers.
- Seller accepted the option to become an investor in ARCH, impressed with the upside potential represented by the strategy and focus on precision machining.
