Bernard M. (“Bernie”) Filler serves as Director of Buy Side Business Development for Kinsella Group. He has spent his entire career active in Capital Markets: Buy Side and Sell Side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Investment Banking, Equity and Debt Capital Raising, Business Development, Senior Corporate Officer of a public company responsible for acquisitions and capital raising and Managing General Partner of twenty-three private investment partnerships.
Throughout his career, Mr. Filler has extensive experience and active relationships with Family Offices, Private Equity Firms, Private and Institutional Investors and Lenders, Business Owners and Executives. He is devoted to understanding the needs, interests, goals and risk tolerance of investors, lenders, business owners and executives he reaches out to. At the same time, working to the best of his ability to assure that those goals and objectives are reasonably attainable by the investing, lending and profitable business growth of each project being presented.
Regarding Buy Side Business Development Initiatives for Kinsella Group, Mr. Filler actively focuses upon the business history, strengths and experience of the prospective Buy Side Client. Additionally, understanding the value creation and finance/cash flow advances the Buy Side Client will achieve through acquiring MedTech companies identified by Kinsella Group to meet and exceed each Buy Side Clients’ investment goals.
Mr. Filler graduated with High Honors from Stanford University School of Law following a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with High Honors from University of Illinois.
