Daniel J. Greene has been successfully operating and advising businesses for over two decades. Expertise and experience includes acquisitions, financial performance improvements, capital structuring and post-merger integration. During his Kinsella Group tenure, Mr. Greene has worked on over 50 successful acquisitions in the MedTech, manufacturing and business services sectors. He is an SEC/FINRA registered Broker/Dealer Representative with Series 79 and 63 licenses
In addition to achieving posts as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in private industry, Mr. Greene was an advising member of two successful investment partnerships, achieving the objectives of all parties involved.
Mr. Greene has been an advocate for, and active participant in, The Center for Strategy, Execution and Valuation at DePaul University. The Center has provided an engagement platform for thought leaders, business leaders and the greater Chicagoland business community for co-creating and sharing leading practices in strategy and strategy execution. In addition, he has had the privilege of serving on the Board of international trade associations. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Finance, along with a Master of Accounting degree.
