Ted Arnstein has built his career working with leading industrial, technology, and tech-enabled companies, beginning as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank and later serving as a corporate development and strategy executive at several global firms. Throughout his career, Mr. Arnstein has specialized in integrating M&A with strategic objectives and implementing best practices throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.

Prior to launching his own strategic advisory firm, Variant Associates, LLC, Mr. Arnstein was Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at C&K, a provider of electromechanical switches that was acquired by Littelfuse (NASDAQ: LFUS) in 2022. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Cimpress (NASDAQ: CMPR), the parent company of Vistaprint and other leading online mass-customization brands. Before Cimpress, Mr. Arnstein had similar executive strategy roles at Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST), one of the largest providers of mission-critical sensor solutions to the global transportation, industrial and aerospace markets, and NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI), where he helped engineer a major restructuring of the business into a global leader in high performance mixed-signal integrated circuits with over $4 billion in worldwide sales, enabling a successful IPO.

Mr. Arnstein holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Arts from Johns Hopkins University/SAIS, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. He also serves as Director and Treasurer of the Brookline Food Pantry, a nonprofit addressing food insecurity in his local community in Brookline, MA.
